Project Description:
Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company having units under Al Zour Refinery
(hereafter referred as KIPIC) requires the services for “MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT AL-ZOUR REFINERY” in various units during Commissioning & Start up and for the one year after Refinery commissioning. The main scope of work is to supply manpower and equipment to assist operations for chemical filling and safe handling of chemicals in field i.e. filling of chemicals, shifting of chemical drums from warehouse to the units and other associated activities required for chemical filling & also other mechanical maintenance activities. These services shall be on 8 hrs. / 6 days basis. The Contractor shall arrange all the required tools and equipment including PPE’s to carry out the works. The Contractor shall mobilize adequate number of skilled manpower and equipment to meet scope requirements as and when requested by the Company Representative during the entire contract duration.
The detailed scope of work for chemical filling shall include, but not limited to:
Receive the chemical from store / warehouse
Identify the required chemical type and load it on boom truck
Mobilize the chemicals to respective units
Contact Operations for the necessary work permit
Prepare required connection for chemical filling
Refill the chemical filling tanks in the units as per advice and in presence of Operation / Process
Remove the empty drums etc. to designated disposal area in line with KIPIC’s
“Solid Waste Management Procedure”, Procedure No. KIPIC/HSESF/SYSEN
/18/1509 latest revision.
Ensure housekeeping of the chemical storage areas at site and the filling areas.
Close the work permit on daily basis.

Project : New Booster Station BS-171 & Pipelines for KOC West Kuwait. Contract No : 455283 / EF/1718Controlling Team MP-IV Project Description:
The Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) undertook the construction of Booster Station 171 project in West Kuwait, Kuwait.
The project envisaged the construction of three high and low-pressure gas trains to produce 6.62 million m3 of dry gas per day and 69,000 barrels per day of condensate. It included the construction of a gas dehydration unit, a liquid dehydration unit, tank vapor centrifugal compressor at three gathering centers, pumping units and the installation of three low pressure compressors, high pressure compressor and turbine drivers. It also covered a pipeline network extending from gathering centers 16, 17, 27 and 28 to BS- 171. The new BS-171 will produce 234 MMSCFP of gas and 69 million BPD of condensate. Four Gathering Centers (17, 27, 28 and the new GC-16) will supply BS-171 with gas. Our scope of works includes trench excavation, laying of pipeline & RT-RP pipelines, welding, RT, lowering, sand blasting, painting, backfilling, CP, hydro test, pegging swabbing for approx. 200KM of length.
