The main content of the graduation thesis includes:
(1) To carry out the hybrid fiber shotcrete cubic compressive strength test and analyze the effect factors of the cubic compressive strength of hybrid fiber shotcrete.
(2) To carry out the flexural toughness test of fiber shotcrete square plate method, analyze the flexural damage pattern of square plate, and study the effect of steel fiber admixture and polypropylene fiber admixture on the flexural load bearing capacity and energy absorption capacity of concrete.
(3) Adopt the improved electro-hydraulic servo testing machine to carry out the flexural toughness test of fiber shotcrete circular plate method, analyze the fiber toughening mechanism, and evaluate the effect of fiber admixture and fiber type on the toughness of fiber shotcrete according to the hybrid fiber shotcrete flexural initial crack load, flexural ultimate load, residual load and other toughness indexes; and compare the toughening effect of single fiber and hybrid fiber.
(4) Calculate the energy absorption value after the correction of circular plate, analyze the difference of energy absorption capacity of hybrid fiber concrete plate with different components; and propose a toughness evaluation method based on the energy absorption after plate cracking, analyze the deviation degree of each group of fiber concrete from the ideal elastic-plastic body post-cracking energy dissipation capacity, and find out the optimal ratio of fiber 28% dimensional shotcrete based on the post- cracking energy dissipation capacity.
