Development & Workforce Management: Developed two staffing models from scratch for two divisions, along with source code that automates the data-refreshing & loading process (ETL). The staffing models cover two divisions of the company (Home Health and Hospice). Excel’s VBA & SQL are used. HTTP Post, SAP data mining, HCHB extraction and Unity extraction techniques are also used.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Building Reports that show the current attained, period attained vs target schedules. These projects use principles of financial analysis. The total potential/target savings based upon financial analyses amount to substantial totals, much of which has been actualized as of today. Development & Process Improvement: Utilization of Visual Basic for Excel’s coding language to create an automated ticketing system to a server named Manage Engine. This has reduced processing time from 3 hours per processor to less than 5 minutes in 5 major Audit Categories. I utilize VBA to create audit reports, sourced with SQL data, that have further reduced processing time and increase transparency. These are used for metrics. The communication portion of the system creates a table from 150,000+ lines and sends/creates a ticket in our ticketing system Manage engine based upon the filtered criteria in HTML format. This uses the OLE Automation, Microsoft Excel and Outlook Libraries. As I developed the code, samples and demos are available upon request.
Analysis & Project Management: Assisted in the transition of over 6500 new employees into our current time keeping system. This involves testing data and 3-way comparisons. The line total for each 3 sources totals in the hundreds of thousands. Creation of audit reports for human resources using analysis techniques based upon data stored in various locations ranging from SQL Server to .csv & .txt files exported from the company’s time management system.

Analysis and Accounting: Managing the general ledgers, reconciliations and data of approximately 50 accounts and their sub-accounts pertaining to Coca-Cola’s cashless/credit-card vending systems. This gives me sufficient experience in testing/developing queries to validate data within a database.
Project Management: General troubleshooting and execution of several thousand readers swapped from one SAP system into another, more expedient SAP system. Ad-hoc troubleshooting with branch-communications and accounts that meet objective criteria determined upon receipt of issue.
