Cutup General Production Manager- Temperanceville, Va (10/2013– 2023)
Oversaw 104 TM’s throughout cutup traypack, thigh debone, gib packing, and ossid areas for the department. Responsibilities included filling all orders, controlling waste, employee/food safety and controlling costs.
Shipping General Production Manager- Temperanceville, Va (09/2007 – 10/2013)
Oversaw 78 TM’s throughout the blast cooler, 28 degree cooler, labeling, and shipping departments. Lead the entire production team to ensure order fulfillment and meet customer expectations. Responsible for all functional in the areas to include correct rotation of inventories, orders filled and shipped on time, employee safety, and controlling costs.
