Project Manager Supervised technical and management staff in Agile and Waterfall method projects and collaborated with functional and business stakeholders in solving complex issues by applying data analysis insights. Reported to the PMO manager, crafted executive summaries and presentations, communicated goals to cross-functional teams.
Improved security and efficiency by shifting local user drive data to cloud one drives, reducing hardware demand and support, upgrading phone systems at five global sites, decommissioning thirty two outdated servers, modernizing sixteen client conference rooms, applying transparent status tools, and prioritizing tasks.
Resolving delayed projects worked with vendor to settle outstanding issues with hardware, replacing outdated and ineffective firmware, architecting and installing test models.
