Process Assistant: (Crets Flow)

· Staffing

o Staffing of up to 140 associates in direct and indirect roles according to daily staffing charts.

o Associates are staffed in different paths using their strengths and personal rates to achieve the highest productivity for department.

o Moving associates to different paths throughout day when and where business requires.

o Resigning all indirect roles after 5 hours per safety policy.

o Overstaffed associated are labor shared with other departments.

· Audits

o Productivity and Quality, making sure all associates are following all guidelines to ensure all shipments are packed and processed with no discrepancies or damaged items in timely fashion.

o Following up with associates on personal and company performance rates.

o Safety, ensuring all associates are performing all their duties following all safety procedures while wearing proper PPE.

o Supplies, following up with non-inventory areas within pack department to ensure ready supply of boxes, label, tape, etc. are on hand so productivity is not affected.

· Communication with Management

o Keeping track of Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure associates don’t run out of work.

o Using company websites to track all customer shipments making sure they are packed and shipped within timed deadlines. Informing management if deadlines can’t be meet and why.

o Manage labor hours, any and all overstaff associates are labor shared to other departments and time coded correctly.

o Came up with and received approval for new productivity and quality control program.

o Daily top performers’ board and instruction guideline for associates.

o Conducting daily stand-ups with staff communicating daily goals and safety tips.

o Standard work practices and quality tips.

Lead Problem Solver/Process Guide

· Identifying, and investigating problems and/or discrepancies that occur in Pick, Pack and Slam process path to ensure customer receives correct shipment.

· Ensuring the team does not let items, totes, and/or shipments dwell pass the appropriate time.

· Ensuring all hazmat items are shipped and label to policies and procedures. If item does not meet requirements, we will not not ship the item(s) and send to appropriate department for corrective measures.

· Creating Tickets for any and all issues that can’t be fixed by problem solve department (wrong ticket information, wrong sizes, wrong quantities of item, broken equipment, hazmat issues etc.) all tickets are created and sent to appropriate departments for clarification.

· Ensuring all issues are corrected and shipped in timely fashion to meet all deadlines.

· Locate or replace missing and or damaged items for customer orders.

Ambassador:

· Provide training to all new hires, training in outbound packing department.

· Training in all safety procedures outlined by health and safety regulations.

Training:

· Pack: single, multi, pack & slam, manual slam, kickout slam, sioc, gift wrap and smart pack.

· Rebin: multicasts and batching.

· Stow: inbound and crets.

· Crets: stow, inbound and outbound dock, warehouse deals, liquidation, p-solve and audit.

· Pit License: Order Picker and Tugger.
