Completed a component analysis on performance and cost per unit which lead to a $ 40,000 a year savings and moving our supply model for this component to Just in time compared to housing 4 month’s supply due to vendor performance.
Developed and sourced MOV testing automation with a projected year over year cost savings of $250,000 by conducting multiple kaizen events that collected valve presets and testing time for our top 30 SKU’s.
