Designed and implemented a new packaging line allowing the company to meet its’ delivery requirements for the first time in 3 years. Through cost control, planning, restructuring and risk management increased profitability $1.2M resulting in an overall positive result in my first year.
Polytech America, LLC – Jacksonville, FL 2013 – 2020
Vice President- Operation
Responsible for all business and operations of a new $5M production line including daily manufacturing, program development, employee management, physical plant, profitability, QMS, BRC compliance and process optimization. Led the $2M project to increase capacity of this line. This project included engineering, contracting, design, programming, electrical and mechanical. The successful, on time, completion of this project has resulted in commercial orders for the first line of this type in the United States.
