Having 27+ Years of work experience in FPSO conversion Projects, Jack up rig, semi-submersible drilling rig and flat form FPSO project at Electrical & instrument construction & commissioning field.

I have worked on MARINE system and TOP SIDE processes power generation, water injection, LP, HP,MP Gas injection compressor, water treatment, Flow line system, chemical injection, LP, HP flare all the modules’ systems.

Good understanding of HV and LV SWBD feeders, starters functions test.

Carry out switching over the power HV & LV switchboard operations. Assisting engineering on the technical issues and designing for electrical & instrument equipment cables, MCC, UPS, UCP and LCP etc. Performed black start during blackout. Performed Quality Assurance/Control inspection for Mechanical Completion activities and confirmed/approved the Inspection & Test Record (ITR), where applicable prepare punch list and attached to the ITR and submit the same to Project Information Management System (PIMS).

Coordinate with the construction and mechanical completion, safety and other concerned departments for QA/QC inspection activities.

Witnessed insulation resistance, continuity, and H.V hi potential cable testing, cold loop checking, earth continuity resistance test, low ohm (Dugter) test for bus bars, bench & field calibration, leak testing, instrument function test and installation.
