SKILLS
I excel at managing time effectively, delivering
outstanding customer service, and solving
problems with exceptional precision. Completing
scopes and preparing Xactimate estimates is
second nature to me. With comprehensive training
in all aspects of insurance claims, I’m adept at
identifying damage and determining its
cause—whether weather-related, storm damage,
manufacturing defects, or wear and tear due to
negligence or maintenance issues. Plus if damage
was created by someone, I would be able to
identify this. My expertise also extends to
“Teaching,” as I have created an online E-course
which encompasses these 5 tasks.

A SUMMARY OF ELI KREBS
Work well under pressure
According to my superiors; My
identification of storm damage “hail” is spot
on, determining if it was wear’N’tear or
worn from a nail beneath the tab or old hail.
I have gone to mediation and won during
Hurricanes and opposite party usually
agreed before it actually went to arbitration
on Hail claims.
The scopes I write, I follow a routine to not
miss damage, whether it be from a
photograph or onsite.
Handling Commercial Buildings and
applying the policy to the scope of damage,
dictating letters of denial.
2 story Rope’N’Harness as a one person
team
Over the last 24 months I learned to create
websites, videos, edit videos, add audio,
Marketing on various platforms, obtaining
email lists and marketing to them.
I have learned a way to automate a
businesses social media, to have posts
going out throughout the month and only
spend 1
Day per month on all of your S.M. accounts
to have them run 30 days on their own.
Whether it be managing a job or a team, I
always listen and look at all aspects of how
to accomplish the task at hand. Not
necessarily taking the shortest and cheapest
route but looking at what’s best for all
parties in play including the environment.
Thanks For Your Time;
Eli Krebs
Above is or was a typical month, running claims.
The claims I saw, I closed the same day, but did
not close onsite,
as it would not allow me to the # of claims I
needed to see.
The image above also depicts my work ethics.
Certificate shows how long I have been learning
the trade of Insurance adjusting. This job has
taught me
● Patience
● How to communicate
● Effectively work an estimating program,
“Xactimate”
● Negotiate and come to an agreement if price
is off, “not scope”
● Identify hail VS anything else, I would have
to say that I’m pretty confident in my
determinations
● Image above states how long I have been in
the industry
● Above is my Home State, AKA Texas License
Image below is a message from the: Catastrophe
Section Manager
● They wrote StateFarm Management and it was
forwarded to the CAT site. They were pleased and
felt at ease with the whole process.
● Above is a letter from Policy Holder in Lexington KY, stating that they feel secure knowing their home is covered by StateFarm, due to the way Eli Krebs
handled the claim.
● Above is another letter of recognition
Above is another evaluation of my work for
an entire storm
My most recent letters from P.H. were lost
along with a lot of other valuable items from
my years working, due to moving.
These letters from P.H. are rarely seen,
people don’t usually say anything when a
Great Job was delivered.
On the contrary, if someone was to mess up,
people more often than not, write a letter
expressing their frustrations.
Thank You For Your Time and Opportunity.
