I documented all current processes written in MS Excel and MS Access so the Architect could put together a plan for the new .Net and MS SQL Server application design and system Flow. I worked with the User Interface designer to map out the new system flow and then turned this documentation into User Stories that were used to implement the project. My role on the team was to complete this initial phase.

oThis project initially had failed to meet the business need, so I was brought in to work closely with stakeholders to identify what issues had been identified and any enhancements that had not yet been implemented. I pulled together a new development team to address these issues and enhancements. Initially a user interface designer was brought on to address the system flow issues and a new design was approved by the business team. I used the list of issues and enhancements along with the new interface design improvements to create Epics, Features and Stories to complete the development work. I played the role of Scrum Master to instruct the new development team on Agile methodology processes and ceremonies and oversaw the ceremonies were carried out. I oversaw the Sprint iterations and moved all changes into production before handing the completed production system over to the business team and the lone developer who would handle and updates to the system going forward.

Oversee the projects worked on in four different workstreams on the Pay Flex Data team that had 27 members working in the SAFe Agile Methodology
Overview
oI was brought in as the sole Business Analyst on a team of 25 people that were mostly all new to Agile Methodology. The Scrum Master only had experience working with experienced Agile teams and no experience with teams new to Agile. I have worked with new Agile teams in the past so I helped bring the team up to speed on how to implement Agile on a new team. Since the team was so large I created multiple smaller teams. They were meeting with all 25 members on their daily stand ups in one meeting. I converted this into multiple stand up meetings focusing on each development team. I created a flow or the ceremonies for each team so they could understand how all the requirements are gathered in various grooming meetings as outlined in the Agile Methodology and implemented ceremonies for each team. This was all done over about a 6 month process so while the was happening I also kept the flow of work into each team so no projects fell behind. My management team and Product owners were on board with the changes I was making and it helped it to all go very smoothly.
