Design and implement all financial reports for OHD Indianapolis and Cincinnati installation of Microsoft Dynamics 2013R2. Responsible for developing reports as necessary for the legacy Navision 2.6 system. Write and develop all reports using SQL stored procedures and SSRS reporting services. Designed and implemented a reporting interface application to replace the custom forward-facing reports used by the branches to reports that can be modified in real-time. This allowed the support group to change the layout and objects contained within the report on the live environment. Ultimately, allowing implementation to setup reporting for new implementations and modify current forward-facing reports without incurring the development time. Document all reports currently used within the Enterprise. Work closely with the development team for the reporting needs generated by their modifications and business requirements. Developed a Reports Guide in VS to interact with the jobCORE application. Developed all reports for 253 branches across the USA using SSRS 2019 with SQL Server. Development of Job costing and forecasting reports. Notable Projects include:
Developed application using SSRS to replace the FRx application on the MAS database system to adhoc queries for the financial departments of IBP, its sister companies and subsidiaries.
Upgraded all Crystal Reports to SSRS.
Designed and built a report interface application to generate all the forward-facing reports to customer branches, cutting company costs to 1/4th of previous development cost.
Responsible for all customer forward facing forms, support group financial, cost analysis, accounting statements reports and design.
Designed a report guide application for the customers of all report calculations and availability, saving company 25% of previous helpdesk requests.

Designed and wrote consulting project for a firm of rehabilitation specialists for the Bureau of Workman’s Compensation. Application written in Microsoft Access. This allowed the firm to effectively train companies to create positions in adherence to an individual’s limitations set by their physician. This would allow the individuals to return to work and be released from Workers Compensation. The application allowed the firm to supply both the Bureau of Workers Compensation and the company with all necessary reporting to remain compliant.

Application Upgrades - Successfully completed several software application upgrades to both the HighJump Warehouse Distribution software and the Clippership Logisitics software. Performed all QA to verify accuracy of the system.

Corporate Polling system – Developed a process and application to run on the servers to ensure that the orders where being received from corporate to the distribution center. This would automatically notify the needed support and escalate as needed.
System Documentation – Developed system documentation on error recognition and handling, along with current system processes and procedures.
Cartonization Application – Designed/programmed application to retrieve data from the HighJump software process the data as need to determine the appropriate cartonization for the order and return the data back to the HighJump software to send to the pick to light system for processing.
Archived Data Reporting Process – Created and designed a user interface in VB that retrieved archived data from the SQL database based on management entries.
Import/Export Application System – Developed an application to monitor the import and export of data to and from the corporate office in California to alert the IT staff when data has not been transferred for a period of time longer than 15 minutes.
