MANAGEMENT/LEADERSHIP/TEAMWORK
EXPERIENCE
While working at the IVY Hospital, there were alot of scenarios e.g. once a patient’s oxygen saturation levels dropped drastically and was non-responsive. I immediately initiated Code Blue, instructing the staff nurse to start CPR. Due to unfortunate circumstances he had to be moved to a different ward to be intubated. I coordinated with the ICU specialist to arrive at the designated area. Within minutes, we had moved him while doing CPR on the go and managed to intubate him and revive him.
