Qualifications: My work history includes over twenty-five years of wireline experience operating in both Open and Cased Hole environments. My extensive training includes a variety of well environments from pressure control, H2S, casing/gas line inspection, well head applications, well bore interpretations and Open Hole Logging. Eventually my field experience would lead me into a variety of management roles. I have managed as many as 700 employees across multiple locations within the US. Work Experience

November 2023-Present

Project Manager-Coastal Well Service (An SDI Company) Manage the day-to-day operations involving oil and gas well plugging programs. Oversee the well plugging design prognosis for multiple state programs for the state DEP offices and coal operations. Perform wellsite inspections, bid platforms and instructional procedures outlined by multiple agencies. Oversee processes from start to completion with state and federal documentation. Verify all job scopes are finalized within the timeframe outlined per procedures. Verify all documents are completed and submitted to clientele. Assure all well Affidavits are completed and send to the state DEP agencies. August 2023-September 2023

Project Manager-Entegra Energy Solutions, LLC.

Manage the day-to-day operations for the Cleaning and Trucking divisions. Schedule cleaning operations per customer request, most of which are oil and gas related. Hire general laborers and drivers based on current needs. Help manage the driver qualification files pertaining to the DOT and FMCSA regulations. Certified PEC instructor and conduct classes for all employees. Make routine job inspections and visit customers. August 2022-April 2023

Design and assign employee progression plans through internal and external training programs. Implemented multiple employee progression growth programs. 2017-2018

VP of Operations - Allied Horizontal Wireline Services: Oversee all operations for our U.S. markets. Monitor all KPI’s and identify trends for the SQ team to address and implement changes in order to achieve our total ZERO goal. Compile and monitor quarterly and yearly goals with approved budgets in mind. Consistently monitoring any headcount changes or needs based on current market activities or projections. Travel consist of 75% of my time to various locations across the U.S. Approve all invoices and purchases with daily M&S supplies and CAPEX items. Currently oversee all employees at each base with total headcount over 675. Added focus on growing our business, increasing market share, reducing attrition and implementing an employee progression program. 2014-2017

District Manager - Allied Horizontal Wireline Services: Managed the Pennsylvania base which consisted of 248 employees. Main focus was highly directed toward yearly budgets, safety and monitoring KPI’s daily. Responsible for the base growth with increasing overall headcount and market share.

2013-2014

Corporate Compliance Manager - Horizontal Wireline Services: Managed all CMV units, responsible for the Company’s compliance involving explosives storage and use per ATF regulations. Performed all PEC training courses for new hires joining our company. 2011-2013:

Compliance Coordinator - Weatherford International: Duties include training on all CMV, Hazmat, Pressure control and work place safety. Coaching through orientations and safe well site practices. Investigated all incidents and accidents through programs utilizing technology such as RCA and Tap-Root.

2010-2011

District Manager - Weatherford International: Responsible for all operations at assigned base including regional specific projects, job bids, client relations and employee growth. Responsibilities also included the district financials, budgets and forward planning on market share growth. This base consisted of multiple product lines covering client requested services in the Northeast.

2009-2010:

Specialty Service Manager - Weatherford International: I was responsible for all Cased and Open Hole specialty jobs including; Pipe Recovery, Pump Down Perforating and Open Hole high profile jobs.

2008-2009:

Area Manager NE Operations - Weatherford International: Responsible for all six NE locations financials, growth, employee safety/progression and increasing market share. 2008-2008:

Northeast Area Operational Excellence Coordinator - Weatherford International: Worked directly under NE Area Manager. Developed and managed all safety, training and employee progression plans. Assisted in developing programs specific to employee development, including mentorships and field training programs. 2007-2008:

Northeast Area Engineer - Weatherford International: Responsibilities included all quality control and specialty training for Cased and Open Hole Engineers. Instructor and trainer on all Company safety courses. 2007-2007:

Northeast Service Delivery Coordinator - Weatherford International: I was in charge of all Cased and Open Hole log quality checks. All equipment failures are reported and sent to me for investigation. I was highly involved in special projects associated with customer relations and business growth. 2005-2007:

Senior Open Hole Engineer - Allegheny Wireline Services: Completed wellsite services through borehole interpretations running multiple downhole services and data gathering. Responsible for small crews at the job site during an on- call, rotational schedule.

2004-2005:

Open Hole Field Engineer - Allegheny Wireline Services: My primary responsibility involved wellsite data acquisitions from running multiple services

(tools) downhole. Highly involved with the progression and training of new engineers. All daily work involved Windows based software including Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Computer and software trouble shooting with all logging software, minor tool repair and calibrating. The majority of my responsibilities involve formation evaluations and completion projections in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. 2002-2004:

Cased Hole Engineer - Baker Hughes

My responsibilities involved operating a Cased Hole land unit doing various tasks including casing inspection, perforating and production logging. I have extensive training in pressure control in storage well environments. All work stations included Windows based software. My training involved production solutions in both storage and producing well environments. Some of my training consisted of computer and equipment electrical problems, formation evaluations and zone isolation properties. 1994-2002

Field Operator/Open Hole Engineer - Allegheny Wireline Services I started out in field operating doing a variety of tasks. In 1998 I was promoted into a training program, learning to operate an Open Hole Logging Unit. My training agenda included multiple downhole services for the evaluation of reservoir formations in oil and gas wells.
