• Develops a system using the Web TMA software to record and monitor the flow of work for the Plant Operations work order system. Insures that the tools used to record the appropriate support documentation that verify that the work was complete and recorded to meet the standards established by, DSH – Napa, Joint Commission, CalOSHA, and other regulatory agencies, are maintained.
• Consults with trade supervisors, management and the General Service procurement team regarding procurement issues and process. Attends procurement related training and classes to ensure compliance with Department of General Services (DGS) requirements for procurement of supplies. Evaluates and assures that Plant Operations purchases conform to all applicable State Administrative Manual (SAM) and Purchasing Authority Manual (PAM) rules and regulations and the policies of the hospital.
