Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and assisting the Chairman Examination and Principal in the activities of Examination, secrecy and providing administrative support, also maintained and updating the fillies & computer records. Specific Tasks
1. Enter student forms/ data for both Fresh /Repeater applied for admission and use database for future activity related to academic requirement. Issued letters after scrutiny of documents in case of any discrepancy found in documents. 2. Execute the examination related activities under tight deadline, Collect and arrange MCQs/SEQs according to ToS print papers, conduct assessment time to time of all classes (First to Final Professionals MBBS) contact examiner to check paper, compile results, issued result notifications. 3. Compile MCQs through OMR machine. Display result notifications, keep proper record of each student, and finalized the internal assessment for University of Health Sciences, Lahore for Annual Examination.
4. Responsible for sitting arrangement of both Internal and annual Examination. 5. Issued duty roasters for invigilators, supporting staff for assessment Theory 6. Arrange Practical assessment OSCE/IPE for Internal & Annual examination in AJKMC & allied hospitals.
