Responsible for leading large complex projects for Field Operations such as DPI Plant and GPS. The goal of these project was for DPI, TRIAD and Serviceman to integrate for Residential Gateway Assignment. In doing this would be able to analyze and resolve Service/DPI mismatch issues and ensure Serviceman is getting all updated transactions. Additionally, the project modified the serviceman to triad interface to include additional fields such as USI and MAC address to improve data accuracy.
