Heading the HR function and Organization set up/ development function with best corporate practices. Mainly performing the following duties.

Developed human resource strategies to support business objectives and comprehensive Human Resource Manual (SOPs) as a guide for all levels of staff.

Handling employee’s disciplinary matters, grievance, appraisal, benefits and reward schemes, medical staff fee matters.

Labour Laws applications, employees court cases, Health & safety laws according to Labour code and Punjab Health Commission.

Assisting medical head to comply with Health & Safety Laws and directives of Punjab Health Commission.

To assist operational procedures in order to assist the BOD and senior executive team.

Credit Risk Management & Analysis, true & fair information assurance in financial products/instruments transactions.

Negotiating and dealing with Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and Financial Services Authorities (FSA) and other regulatory bodies on client behalf in B 2 C and B 2 B issues.

Risk identification, characterization, assessment and minimization. RCM (Risk Control Matrix) within all departments and ROR reporting (Risk and Observations Report) to Client Management.
