Centene Inc. - Led a cross-functional, globally distributed delivery team to assist Centene Health in adopting a user-focused, product mindset to its management of applications and application development. Worked with leadership within Centene to incorporate this mindset as a core component of their strategic planning processes.

Kander Consult - Created the Program Management Office (PMO) Charter which included the structure, methodology, artifacts, and tools to be followed by the organization. In conjunction, created Playbooks for Project Managers and Scrum Masters, outlining the specific roles and responsibilities, the Standard Operating Procedure for each role, and the key tasks and outputs during each phase of the SDLC.

Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) - Engaged with multiple cross-product stakeholders and senior management to align program vision and product roadmap with the strategic goals of the GMAC leadership. Developed and successfully defended a business case to secure approval and $300K in funding for development of the first phase of a long-term product revamp that included merging multiple product lines.

Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare - Provided operational support in CAQH’s enterprise migration from Agile to SAFe across multiple Agile project teams. Explored the use of emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI to solve Payment Integrity and Provider Data Management issues.
