Responsible for managing and providing engineering support for Pipeline Integrity and In-Line inspection projects for the CO2 business unit. Duties include:
Successfully managing CO2 and other Part 195 liquids pipeline rehabilitation programs including pipeline repair, replacement and recoating projects throughout the United States. This includes the completion of several hundred ILI digs and anomaly investigations and ILI tool runs.
Managing and in-house engineering of the successful ILI inspection of over 200 miles of 20” critical phase CO2 pipeline that had not been successfully inspected in the past.
Managing numerous other ILI runs including crack detection, high resolution MFL axial and circumferential tools, and geometric assessment and mapping runs.
Ensuring that Kinder Morgan pipelines meet the regulatory requirements of 49 CFR Part 195 and other state level regulations as well as ensuring that all integrity work is compliant with ASME standards.

Activities include developing and maintaining construction budgets, selection and management of construction subcontractors, preparing project and construction execution plans, ensuring that safe work practices are understood and followed during construction activities, coordinating third party pipeline crossings, ensuring all permits are complete and in place, and preparing estimates for future work.
Colonial Pipeline Company – Alpharetta, GA – May 2015 – January, 2019 -Project Manager
Responsible for all phases of the following projects including developing estimates and project budgets, creating Project Management Plans and working with Business Development and Field Operations to ensure successful development and/or execution:
Design and construction of an 8-mile refined products pipeline integrity replacement in the Louisiana marshland, including supervising all Federal and State permitting and environmental remediation.
Design and construction of a new shipper connection into CPL’s Houston, TX origination terminal including connection into both distillate and gasoline headers.
Distillate reliability project design at CPL’s Greensboro, NC station that included installation of a complex bypass around existing can pump and plans for installation of an upgraded pumping system.
Design and construction, with CPL’s business partner Texon, of a Biodiesel injection facility at CPL’s Greensboro, NC station. Now in-service, it is the largest biodiesel injection facility in the United States.

T.D. Williamson Pipeline Services- Covington, LA-July 2012 to November, 2014 – Pipeline Integrity Project Manager
As Pipeline Integrity Project Manager I designed and managed the rehabilitation of Chevron USA’s Chunchula, AL natural gas sales line including several repairs, investigative digs, and full hydrostatic test of line.
Reviewed and updated Chevron’s Land Based Pipeline PHMSA Operations & Maintenance Manual.
Authored Chevron’s Pipeline Maintenance and Integrity Manual which allowed non-regulated pipeline assets to be assessed in a similar fashion to PHMSA regulated pipelines covered under the Pipeline Integrity Management program without the assets falling under regulatory umbrellas.
Performed Complete Risk Assessment of Chevron’s Main Pass (Gulf of Mexico) 10” crude pipeline.
Managed pipeline integrity program for a mid-continent crude producer including scheduling in-line inspections, determining the types of tools to utilize for inspections, preparing post-assessment dig lists, and preparing annual PHMSA reports.

Relocation and lowering of segment of a major natural gas transmission pipeline in Jackson, MS.
In-Line Inspection Tool (pigging) modification to approximate 20 miles of existing pipeline.
Replacement of a segment of above pipeline under a major highway by directional drill.
In-line Inspection Tool modifications to and hydrostatic test of an existing 20” transmission pipeline.
Construction of pipeline replacement/reroute project through a dense urban area of Jackson, MS including approximately 4.3 miles of high density directional drill including a single bore of 9,222 FT.
Designed, prepared contract documents, bid, and worked with land owners and LA DOTD to obtained required right of way, temporary work space and permits for replacement of a pipeline crossing of a major highway and modifications to the measurement and regulation station at the terminus of the line.
Managed engineering team responsible for Pipeline Integrity Management projects to ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 Subpart O requirements.

Created and maintain hydraulic models of the natural gas gathering and transmission system using Stoner SynerGEE software and other design tools.
Analyzed gathering and transmission system operational data to isolate problem areas in the pipeline systems and determine system improvement solutions.
