I was hired to develop and create a fabrication and coating division.
I am in charge of all daily operation functions as well as, structural steel estimating, cost tracking, procurement, production and cost projections. I developed our Quality Control Procedures and functions and well as lead the efforts to become te only fabrication division recognized by OSHA as a VPP site.
I implemented labor and equipment tracking that is now used in multiple divisions.
I implemented all production tracking methods to evaluate production in relation to estimated quantities.
I initiated a Cost to complete reporting protocol and work closely with CFO in evaluating projects.
Implemented monthly cost to complete reporting requirements adotpted by all three divisions.
I oversee the management of all air permit and reporting requirements.
We currently fabricate projects for : ExxonMobil, Port of Beaumont, Motiva, Energy Transfer, Kinder Morgan, Valero, Energy Transfer, Jefferson Refining, Bunge, ADM, Kinder Morgan and many others throughout Texas and Louisiana.

Fabricated new dock structures, dolphins, fender systems, platforms and piles as well as barge componants. Also maintained a coatings/linings division within the organization.
