Management Duties:

Responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the ops team staff to ensure efficiency and provide support to our team in our camps and Lodges in carrying out their day-to-day operations.

Responsible for the monitoring and control operational expenses such as vehicle / Camp maintenance cost to ensure they are reasonable and are in alignment with the approved budget

Responsible to ensure smooth drive on-going cost saving initiatives in all potential areas of the companies and coordinate with Other Departments.

Responsible to ensure all our seasonal sites contract are renewed in good time prior to expiry of contract.
