JA Construction June 2022 - Current

I am currently employed with JA construction. I handle record keeping and finance as well as onsite construction. I write, send and update bid offers on each job opportunity. I also regularly work in the field or onsite assisting the licensed contractor with a number of different jobs such as but not limited to concrete, framing, painting, staining, sanding and tile.

Escrow Closer

While employed with BNT I I handled the processing of escrow transactions from open to close. I worked in a remote environment as an escrow closer. I processed resale and refinance transactions in 45 states. I was able to work with my team via Microsoft teams and worked independently with little instructions throughout the day.

First American Title Company. July 2020 - Feb2021

Escrow Assistant

While working with First American Title Company, I handled all document draws including balancing CD’s and preparing settlement statements in combination with retrieving lender docsand preparing all necessary escrow documents for signings. I was responsible for preparing all final documents for signature as well as scheduling signings with customers and notaries.

Verifying notary acknowledgments, signatures and all executable documents are signed and completed properly per civil code and lender discretion. As the team leader for the sales department within the Default Resolution network I was responsibleformanaging the team that handles all the scheduling of home foreclosure sales. My duties includedteamleadership and workflow coordination, processing all associated legal documentation regarding homeforeclosures, and providing telephony support to customer, client and vendor inquiries. Programsprimarily utilized in this position included MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Caseaware, Simple File, DataTree and a variety of web based applications and portals.
