I was the Sr. Enterprise Program Manager / Project Manager – Sr. Project Manager overseeing the establishment/processing of Affordable Healthcare (ACA, both On and Off Exchange coverage) and modifications to ACA as the government changed the coverage and eligibility options, production support, and ongoing changes and enhancements for the two largest clients for this Heath Care Processing Company (HPS). The tasks included changes to the existing processes, tracking and managing production defects and changes that were identified by the client and the HPS Business Analysis team while managing between six to ten new enhancements to the to the current production system using standard waterfall and Agile processes, HSA set-up, Enrollment, and Billing. Some of my other duties included management reporting, input into system design, system and end user accepting testing in preparation to load the new changes into the production environment. During the second half of each year was also managing different changes in support of the client for new requirements to meet the ever-changing Healthcare Law. With HPS being acquired by WriPro the processing of Medicare/Medicaid by some providers by HPS was expanded so they could support the different options like A, B, D, and supplemental coverage.

Through the four years at HPS I was the primary contact between two of the largest clients and HPS to monitor production changes and defects.
