Serve as the Scrum Master for a development team of 4 - 8 members, promoting Agile principles and practices.

Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives to ensure the team obtains maximum benefits from the Agile framework.
