• Reengineer and machine production fixtures for punch and dies from a single piece set up to multiple gang fixtures, which increased final production process by 5X to 6X.

• Design and prototyped machine fixtures for jig grinding heads that utilize a high-speed spindle. The new design eliminated gyration in Moore high-speed heads, which increased precision by 10X.

• Cross trained others to set up and operate 4 Axis CNC jig grinding of helical knives utilizing macro programs and trained others in general machining on Prototrack mills, in addition trained a deaf woman with the wire EDM.
