As an aspiring educator with a deep passion for Business and economics, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the academic community at Ambo University. With 7 years of teaching and research experience, I am committed to fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and student- centered learning environment. I believe that education should empower students to think critically, solve complex problems, and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges. Throughout my academic journey, I have had the privilege of teaching undergraduate and graduate students in Marketing management courses. In my classes, I strive to create an engaging learning experience through a combination of interactive lectures, practical applications, and collaborative discussions. I believe in utilizing a variety of teaching methods, including active learning, case studies, project-based learning, etc., to accommodate diverse learning styles and encourage intellectual curiosity.
