At Menards, early morning stockers start at 5 am, those assigned to a department start stocking right away, since I was a part of receiving as well, our team is tasked with unloading freight to get it around the store, after all trucks are unloaded I then move to stocking. We had no custodian or designated kitchen crew members so all the cleaning dishwashing and restocking was on us.
