Vitals signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Respirations) Blood sugars, EKG’s, Phlebotomy, blood cultures, Urine, Stool, and sputum collection, assist with wound and Dressing changes, Bathing, Showering Patients, Turning and Repositioning patients, Pressure Ulcer Prevention and treatment. Feeding patients ADL’s, bed linen changes emptying linen bags, Foley care, Removal of foley, Charting in Epic, calorie Count, calculating and Charting Intake and output, helping During Rapid Responses and Code blues, patient load anywhere from 12-34 patients Ambulating patients, taking patients for walks/helping with physical therapy, Proper PPE etc.
