Main Town Scheme (This scheme serves ward no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10): The sub-project includes the rehabilitation and extension of the existing water supply schemes to improve the overall water supply situation of the Hetauda Municipality. The scheme comprises detailed engineering survey, design and construction supervision of infiltration gallery, 500 m3 capacities ground tank, water treatment plant, transmission main, distribution pipe etc.
2)Sanitation & Sewerage Sub-project: It involves detail survey, design and construction supervision of three nos. of combined sewerage system, there are three schemes name as Rapti-1, Rapti-2 and Karra system of 13km length with 1500mm to 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe with Waste Water (reed bed) treatment plants each on the banks or Rapti and Karra rivers serves wards 1, 2, 4, 5 and 10 of Hetauda Municipality. The sub-project includes construction of 3 nos. of sewerage system. The total sub-project cost is Rs. 145,080,402.83
3)Supply of Sewer Cleaning Equipment Sub-project: There are sewer cleanings equipment like jetting machine, suctions machine, di-silting machine, 2 nos. of tripper, one no. of tractor etc. The total sub-project cost is 17,495,878.14
4)Waste Water (Reed Bed) Treatment Plant Sub-project: It involves detail survey, design and construction supervision of three scheme of Waste Water (Reed Bed) Treatment Plant sub-project name as Rapti-1, Rapti-2 and Karra system. The total sub-project cost is Rs. 42,124,197.65
5)River Training Works Sub-project (Rapti and Karra River Bank Protection Work): It involves detail survey, design and construction supervision of river embankments to protect against flood, erosion, from Rapti & Karra rivers in wards 1, 11 & 4 respectively. The total project cost is 9,168,350.37
