RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible For All Of QA/ QC Civil/Structure Related Activities.

• Complying with international standard, codes, project specification and QCS 2014.

• Ensure compliance of used materials with the project’s specifications., Review PQP, Technical documents, Contracts review.

• To participate in the quality control of materials including all the laboratory and field testing, acceptance of used materials.

• Arrange Laboratory Test for materials and TPI Witness as per project specifications.

• Supervise, participate, and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.

• Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance.

• Follow up and verify implementation of corrective actions.

• Ensure that Quality activities are in continuous compliance with local laws, regulations, group

• standard requirements and QCS2014.

• Coordinate and lead Consultant/Client site visit.

• Monitor sub-contractor inspections, testing and construction activities.

• Preparation of quality logs to update them timely i.e. Log, MAR Log, IRE logs, MIR Logs, Tests logs, PQ logs, Calibration logs, NCR/PMC observation logs, QC reports.

• Verify and check the latest project scope of work and project documents (latest approved drawings), approved supplier and vendor, material approved, concrete design mix requirements, latest equipment and instrument calibration certificate, reinforcing bars, embedded items, back filling soil material and consumable.

• Preparing of RFI (request for inspection) and MIR (material inspection request) as per ITP.

• Preparing Weekly and monthly Quality Report of Inspection Activities

• Responsible for monitoring concrete supply materials, test reports (sand, aggregate, cement and admixtures) witnessing /sampling of soil related test (compaction test, load test and laboratory test).

• Raising NCR, CAR, QA/QC observation reports whenever ant activity doesn’t comply with the approved method statement and ITPs.

• FDT for subgrade of pipeline trench, offshore combine wall.

• Check calibration of Troxler gauge, Check Calibration of Level Instrument, Total station.

• Inspection and check the material receiving inspection that approved supplier and material deliver on site, considering their documents attachments the storage the preservation and handling requirements, but not limit to, (cement product, coated reinforcing bar, embedded items, soil backfilling material.

• To Check and Review the IFC Drawing and Shop Drawing for The Proper Construction & Quality Implementation at Job Site Prior To Start of Activity

• To Witness Applicable Tests Conducted on Concrete, Soil, Asphalt, Water Including Concrete Slump, Temperature, Soil Sampling, FDT, DFT, TDS, Plate Load Test, Prime Coat, Tack Coat, Concrete Core Tests as Per Required Specifications and Standards

• Assist the QA/QC manger in implementing, monitoring and improving the procedures described in the quality management system.

• Co-ordination with Electrical, Mechanical, (MEP), engineers before pouring of concrete or Execution of other works.

• Conduct Quality Toolbox Meeting Related to Different Activities for Proper Awareness of Construction Team.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the quality manager.
