Led and directed production staff and talent during video shoots in studio and on location. Gathered info from project stakeholders and created action plan for resource requests and pre-production communications. Held accountability for all aspects of production, including look, feel, script writing, music selection, talent, VO style, and edit collaboration. Edited b-roll in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Devised and helped implement plan that strategically reduced resources and turnaround time for Dotcom pre-purchase videos, cutting operational costs and establishing branded look by utilizing existing still photography / vendor assets to save production costs.
