Directed all aspects of Safety and Security, Transportation, Concierge Services, Facilities Management, Renovations, Custodial Services, Landscape Services and utilities for a modern Senior Living Health Care physical plant exceeding 1 Million Sq. Ft., 650 apartments on 90 acres of land

1992 to 1996 University of NOTRE DAME, Notre Dame, IN Director of Maintenance

Recruited by the University of Notre Dame to direct all skilled crafts and trades in the performance of an annual maintenance and renovation program for a campus of 105 buildings, 7M SF, 4 maintenance zones (Academic, Science and Research, Residential, and Athletics) on 1,250 acres

Administered facilities maintenance and operations repair fund ($4.5M), providing essential services for a campus community of 10K students / 3K employees. Initiated a Project Management Team to manage campus deferred maintenance for the physical plant. (many registered historic facilities)

Wrote the first Facilities Services Customer Services Guide to improve campus communication, capital planning and overall project management for Academic, Residence Hall and Athletic staff
