Redesigned Pressure Test Set System: Implemented PIC code for data acquisition of 18 pressure channels, saved data, recalled data, and designed comms protocol.

Redesigned RL10 control system rack: Designed PLC code including PID controls for operating valves and various other controls to test 3 different valves for the RL10 engine.

Designed and implemented Thrust Frame Controller: Wrote PLC and HMI code to ensure safety lockouts for hanging an engine for test.

Designed and implemented PLC, HMI, and NI DAQ code for various engine test cells.

Traveled domestically and internationally to engine test cells to test prototype system designs and troubleshoot issues with existing systems.

Worked on redesign of downhole battery monitoring device.

Designed, built, and field tested Rig Floor Display Interface Adapter using USB interface.

Designed, built, and field tested Electromagnetic Downlink Telemetry system needed to talk to downhole tools. Design utilized Cortex-M device with USB capability.

Designed and built high-powered Magnetic Field Generator controller to manage large inductor coils for EM ranging of downhole tools. Design utilized Cortex-M device with USB and Ethernet capabilities.

Redesigned PCI-based tool communications interface with High-Speed USB interface, operating under and MCU and off-chip SRAM.
