Developed “On The Fly,” a flexible scheduling and job-matching app to reduce burnout among hospitality workers.
Conducted research to identify burnout causes through secondary research and personal experience.
Designed key features: user profiles, job search and matching, scheduling, payment, skill set matching, and clock in/out functionality. Created low-fidelity prototypes and conducted user testing with 10 participants using Maze.
Analyzed feedback and simplified interactions based on user input, enhancing usability and navigation.
