Constructed electric transmission line from Quebec to a new converter station in Maine.

$550M; managed contractual relationships with International, Canadian, and Latin American customers.
Drafted contract amendments, restructurings, financing, service agreements and settlements as well as provide direction on provision interpretations and lead pre-delivery customer negotiation activities.
Developed a lean reporting mechanism in Salesforce to deliver reliable and punctual contractual information to the leadership team while optimizing the use of our resources (people, time, and tools) and ensuring compliance to contractual obligations.
