Human Resource and Safety Manager in 5-milüon-dollar aerospace manufacturing company with 60 employees. Responsibility as follows:
a.Human Resource Generalist including all levels of recruitment and reduced turnover by 80% in the first year.
b.Implemented basic 401 K plan and negotiated health benefits.
c.Responsible for purchasing tooling and sundries for operations in conjunction with human resources.
