D U T I E S & R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Making inspection of welded items before, during, and after welding Visual inspection of manufactured tools and welded joints. Dimension check according to the released drawing for fabrication and Dimensional check like (piping fit up etc...)

Reception material Inspection and conformity with specifications and certificates. Follow up for proper handling, storage and baking if needed of welding consumables

(filler metal, fluxes, electrodes ….)

Conducting and Participation in Pre-Inspection Meeting with Client and formulating the ways of Inspection as per the Approved Inspection Test Plan. Review of Inspection and Test Plan & Inspecting Material for verification at all stages of inspection as per the approved inspection test plane. Organize and conduct welder’s qualification test and client specification.

Inspection of Electrodes, filler wires and gas used for welding Control welding consumables & documents.

Coordinate for Non-Destructive Examination of Welds (RT/VT/UT/MT/PT), in accordance with approved procedures and QC Plans. Preparation of QC Documentation, Inspection Checklist, Preparation of Final Dossier for Project as required by the Client such as NDT Reports, Final Inspection Reports, Calibration Records & Welder Performance Certificates Etc.
