Work Experience and Responsibilities
Transport Management:
Manage the operations of Transport and ensures correct allocation of resources to meet delivery schedules. Create records and reporting system and supervise the import and export loads and bulk cargo.
Shipments tracking from the Load port to destination port (ETD & ETA.) To prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documentation as per PO, terms. Timely arrangement of Vehicles & Containers for stuffing of Shipments and prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports. Conducting driving test to drivers (who would be employed by the Organization,)
Analysing truck's tachygraphy charts, analysing truck's fuel consumption and Convoy planning, truck drivers leave schedule and preparing driver's per-diem. Perform ground transportation for passengers and cargo using different vehicles in direct support of mission requirements including operating light and heavy-duty vehicles such as buses, trucks, semi-trailers combinations and recovery vehicles.
Operate, clean, service and perform maintenance on motor vehicles. Manage and maintain vehicle operator’s forms, records and reports. Conduct pre and post operation vehicle inspection and documentation. Support personal security details, manage, and direct vehicle transportation to support operational missions. Conduct dispatch operations through planning and scheduling of vehicle operations resources.
Serve as unit control centre and initiate quick reaction checklist, operation plans and personnel recalls. Coordinate and schedule document cargo movements. Plan and coordinated special arrangements with protocol functions. Review contingency, mobility and natural disaster plans to determine support requirement, prepare, and conduct convoy operations.
Logistics Management:
