PROJECT DETAILS:

Bu HasaShuhabiya water injection project is an EPC project which includes 5 water injection clusters which is connected to various injection wells by pipe lines. The process is to inject water with high pressure to the underground natural oil reservoirs through injection wells and as a result oil comes up through the oil well heads and gets collected. The major construction scope is 10”, 6”, 2” & 1” CS piping and 8”,6”& 4” CS pipe line for 300 kilometers in Bu Hasa area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open permit for site work under ADCO’s electronic permit to work system.

Involving activities such as Inspecting site, Material, Manpower andequipment planning for daily work activities

Conducting progress meeting in site with Site Supervisors/Foreman.

Reporting Site Progress to the department heads & Project Management Team

Directing, monitoring and coordinating, construction and pre-commissioningactivities inaccordance with daily / monthly schedules.

Enforcing operation procedures as per ISO 9001: 2000 standards for thecontinuous improvement and operational excellence in project execution.

Coordinating with client representatives for all technical issues in dailyconstructionactivities and for mitigating flaws in construction.

Preparing the method of statement (working procedure), task risk assessment and getting

approval from the client.

Prepare and guide workers to work at site maintaining health and safe environment.

Satisfying Adco’s requirement of safe working procedures.
