Benefit Plan Coordinator – administer all health, dental, life and supplemental insurance programs to all employees. Also keep track of all employee vacation, sick leave and personal time off.

Responsible for ISNetworld Safety updates for all clients including man hours, total recordables, OSHA compliance, employee certifications and training, insurance certifications, etc.

Human Resource Director

Hire personnel as needed and provide routine evaluations on job performance. Maintain all personnel files including application, I-9 forms, W-4s, certifications, insurance packet, driver’s license, physicals, drug screens, 401K, etc. Company consisted of 170 employees.

Responsible for coordinating temporary employees to work, which consisted of approximately 80 per day.

Advise managers on organization policy matters such as equal employment, sexual harassment and recommend needed changes. Also serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve related problems.
