As an Administrative Assistant I am responsible for all Oil & Gas royalties deposits and Real Estate checks. Print all Oil & Gas royalty check detail statements. Process any mineral Oil & Gas division orders or AFE’s. Enter all mineral and Real Estate deposits into Yardi. Take deposits to Treasury Department. Put all checks received into SharePoint so Treasury Department can make deposits. Allocate, process, and enter Legal fees into system. Process rent for rental properties. Reconcile suspense account on weekly basis. Make sure all mineral and Real Estate deposits are entered into Yardi before interface is done on month end. Check all documents that are entered into SAP make sure all documents have 2 signatures and are scanned into the system with backup documents. Check all documents entered into the Yardi system make sure all documents have 2 signatures. Post all mineral checks into a Excel spreadsheet to keep up with monthly payments. Update Personnel Calendar. Order supplies for copier. Assist in the Mortgage Loan dept check for property taxes. Pickup mail and disburse to appropriate person.

HR Benefits Administrator

As a benefits administrator I am responsible for assist employees in signing up for benefits. Enrolls new employees in benefit plans. Processes status changes. Maintains vendor contact to investigate discrepancies and provide information in non-routine situations. Provides vendors appropriate documentation for life, pension, and disability. Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management and department heads. Keep Human Resources financial and payroll information, employee concerns/issues confidential.
