WORK EXPERIENCE

JANUARY 2021 TO DATE: LINEART SOLUTIONS LIMITED [PRINTING] Working with lineart solutions as a quality Assurance head. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong knowledge in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) Responsible for the routine and non-routine inspection of raw material in process and finished products specification.

Performs various laboratory functions such as chemical titration and micro biological plating and analysis.

Calibrate, monitor and maintain laboratory equipment. Perform various inspections, checks, sampling procedures for the manufacturing process in accordance with SOPs.

Ensure and verifies the cleaning and equipment and process areas are clean. Reviews data and reports any non-conformances.

Maintain and enforce the company’s quality assurance. Identification of non-conformances, getting to the root cause and coming up with sustainable corrective actions.

NOVEMBER 2015 TO DECEMBER 2020: PRINTPAK KENYA LIMITED Worked with Printpak Kenya as a quality controller RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure that process and quality control procedures are effectively followed in all work stations in Plastics, Stores, Finishing department, Litho, Gravure and Finished goods dispatched To approve jobs in all sections of the departments prior to production run in conjunction with the departmental managers or the assistant

To prepare colour guides to be used in sorting and gluing areas for both cut labels and unit cartons respectively.

To give advice on quality related matters to Plastic manager, Litho manager, Gravure manager, Finishing manager, production supervisors and operators To supervise the inspection and quality analysis of the finished product prior to delivery with a view to confirming their conformance to customer’s specifications/requirements To maintain the record of incoming materials, in-process inspections and final products quality analysis
