I became involved at 3 Dads Auto Sales to learn our family business . and became our second secretary and managed the front desk 5 days a week. I had to deal with customers and sales over the phone and in person, and I also dealt with scheduling and insurance. I learned many customer service skills from doing this job, and I love dealing with people and the public!

I operated a headset, answered headset calls, waited on customers, handled public functions such as Customer Service, quick and diligent problem solving on missed or incorrect orders, assisting customers make choices suited for themselves in a timely fashion, etc. as well as completing Sonic's “under 4 minutes” service rule. I trained new hires as well, which helped me to become a better employee myself.

I am a newly graduated senior from the class of 2023. I attended this school in hopes to learn a trade, and I did! I studied Floriculture (The study of plants and flower design) and from it I gained lots of experiences, and learned to design weddings! I currently attend Central Maine Community College for Psychology as of August 2023. My classes are online so I am very flexible. April 2019.

I am a former member of the National FFA Organization (Future Farmers Of America). Here I learned people and communication skills, as well as public speaking and competitive skills. I attended meetings every wednesday from 2:30 to 3:15 pm (Not Applicable during the COVID 19 Pandemic) during my freshman-junior years.

High School Volleyball/Lacrosse — Teammate.
