Managed our online presence and kept the website and all social media platforms up-to-date with regular content and event management. Received product and had retail sales grew 33% over a 6-month period, while counts, and new customer service sales training for staff. Executed public and staff events including those requiring catering and was responsible for the design and publishing all digital and physical marketing materials.
