Current position
Telemedicine for Concentra/Amazon project (October 2020-July 2021). Primary duties: COVID-19 testing for 200 Amazon facilities.
Urgent Care Provider for Escambia County Sheriff’s Department & dependents, Pensacola, FL (December 2014 – 2020). Provider of acute care for all illnesses and injuries. Preforms pre-employment and physicals for fire fighters and sheriff's department. Also provides wellness physicals and health fairs and health care screenings at various locations in the county.

– December 2012). Primary duties: Aviation Clinic primary provider for 4th brigade, full SOAP-care.
Provider for PHA, pre and post deployment, special forces and ranger physicals, ETS and chapter
physicals. Work SRP clinic as needed, UCC at Blanchfield Hospital as needed.

(October 28th, 2010 – March 5, 2012). U.S. Central Command Clinic (CENTCOM), which is in
the Mac Dill MTF. Senior PA duties consist of Primary Care to Enlisted and Officer Staff,
including the General’s Staff. Multiple types of physicals from “fitness for duty”, to Pre- and
Post-deployment evaluations. Retirement, separation and overseas clearance evaluations and
Military Evaluation Board (MEB) and PHA.
Former position is Flight Medicine Clinic at Mac Dill AFB (December 7, 2009-October 27,
2010). Provider for pilots and their families. Performed overseas clearance, separation,
retirement, and PHA physicals. Assistant provider for weight loss program and tobacco
cessation.
