Job Descriptions:

•Attending toolbox meetings for safety briefing prior to works

•1st step visit the site check the surface, wall, ceiling and the corner

•Covers surfaces with matting or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces including removes fixtures such as pictures, door knobs, lamps, electric switch, appliances and furniture covers prior to painting.

•Newly concrete it must cure at least 14-28 days before applying masonry neutralizer 24 hrs. Curing.

•Coordinate to competent person for the erects scaffolding, or sets up ladders, to work above ground level with the safety

•2nd step preparing materials for application of paints using rollers, brushes, spray guns, and finishes drywall using standard or specialized tool

•Pre-painting activities include scraping, sandpaper, and repair of cracks and holes before filling cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty plaster, or other filters, using putty knives.

•3rd step scraping the unwanted like old paint choking, blistering, peeling, flaking and cracking step

•4th step Apply skim coat 1st up to the last coating

•5th step Start sanding until become smooth surface

•6th step Cleaning before applying 1st coating prior to paint.

•7th step apply 1st coating until you reach the final touch

•8th execute preemptive maintenance to ensure long-lasting colors and minimize future damages
