Main duties and responsibilities.

Finance, budgeting and Controllership:

I, was responsible for verifying and supporting to the preparation of budgets and budget implementation and monitoring in order to allow for qualitative budget management;

Responsible for timely fund analysis and fund request from home office and thereafter oversee the treasury operations to ensure that suppliers and beneficiaries are paid correctly and in due time;

Supervise the reporting and implementation of Grant agreements to ensure expenditure is in compliance with the Grant agreement;

Being the Accounts focal person by responding to questions regarding finances and stakeholders to ensure complete and qualitative information on these matters;

Conducting analysis of internal control policies and risks to ascertain its efficiency and making recommendations to senior Management team for amendments with intention to minimize the likely risks.

Leading the finance and grants team for which one is the hierarchical supervisor in order to have qualified and motivated staff;
