Managed and Instructed Navy Aerospace Medicine technician “C” school. A 14-week advance school for Hospital Corpsman.
Coordinated all aspects of a 14-week advanced military school. From indoctrination, housing, personal and financial matters to health and welfare of the students.
Completely revamped the curriculum to better use the time available and in doing so, was able to shorten the classroom instruction time from 14 weeks to where it is currently at 10 weeks. This change did not lose any of the content and got the sailor to the fleet 4 weeks faster than before.
Certified by the Red Cross and American Heart Association as a CPR Instructor, Instructor trainer, and Affiliate Faculty. Ran a successful program for over 1000 base employees.
