In my previous role as the Official Claims Manager at Arvato Bertelsmann, I was responsible for a team of 5 people who handled insurance claims. I investigated claims, determined whether or not they were covered by the policy, and negotiated settlements with policyholders and third-party claimants. I also provided advice to policyholders on their options and rights. In this position, I developed strong problem- solving and analytical skills.

I am also a freelance personal finance and insurance advisor at Nationale Nederlanden. In this position, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. I have a proven track record of success in this area, and I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to your team. Almost a year ago, I decided to leave the company where I had been working for 20 years and make a career change. I was at a crossroads where I felt I needed to explore new horizons and challenge the limits of my own career, leaving aside all kinds of limiting beliefs and facing the challenge of leaving my comfort zone and embarking on a professional future that I was truly passionate about and that was compatible with my continuous desire to learn and evolve. With this decision, this journey of professional, but also personal, growth began, and, although it was not easy at the beginning, every step has been worth it. I began my learning by acquiring new technical skills in the field of IT support, Python automation, and exploring my creative side in User Experience Design

(UX), and taking advantage of the scholarships that Google offered to the unemployed. These certifications were a challenge, since I had knowledge in many fields due to my professional career, but none related to programming, but they ended up leading me to the place where I would like to belong, and to which I already belong in some way, to data analysis. In the last 3 months, I have completed the NTT Data Data Analytics Bootcamp, where I have acquired proficiency in Python for Data Analysis, SQL, MongoDB, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Power BI. I have also learned about the different techniques and tools used in data analytics, such as data mining, machine learning, and data visualization. I am now able to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and patterns. I can also use these skills to make informed decisions. I am a hard worker and I am always willing to go the extra mile. I am also a team player and I am able to work effectively with others. I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to your team. I am eager to learn and I am available for an interview at your earliest convenience. I have been working from home for the past 4 years. I feel comfortable and I can develop my work autonomously, achieving the established objectives.
